As part of a developing a comphrensive sexual well-being program, Syndemic Response Alliance, in partnership with the Tennessee Department of Health, provides FREE condoms to the residents of Montgomery, Houston, Stewart, and Dickson counties.

Syndemic Response Alliance continues to work hard achieving our mission to assist in sustaining and improving health, protecting the dignity and encouraging independent living of people living with HIV/AIDS and those seeking PrEP. The ProTransport program manages the provision of transportation services to medical, mental health, and certain human service appointments for anyone in the Montgomery County, TN area.
